Eunice

Can a woman walk the line between honoring her unbelieving spouse and honoring God?

How can a mother train her child to know God in a secular culture? What should she do when he gets into trouble?

What does it mean to release your child to God?

Eunice is a modern Jewish woman who has found salvation through Jesus Christ in first century AD. She lives in Lystra, a Greek city famous for its association with Greek gods and unfriendly to the new Jewish sect called Christ followers. Married to a Greek man that does not share her faith in Jesus, she tries to live a life obedient to her God and still pleasing to her husband.

She wanted to raise her son to follow the ways of her people, the Jews. Then when she accepted Jesus as the long awaited Messiah, Eunice trained her son to follow Him. Her only support was her widowed mother who lived with the family.

Eunice, the mother of Timothy, shares her life, addressing the challenges of being a woman of faith struggling to raise her child in an unbelieving world.
